The food itself was incredible—both in taste and presentation. Even those who had previously dined with a private chef were impressed by the extra touches, like warm towels and a palate cleanser, which made the evening feel even more special. He is very gifted at what he does and we were grateful to have been able to have him cook for us!Kimberly, his assistant, was equally fantastic—attentive, professional, patient, personable, and always anticipating our needs.When they were done they left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!If you're looking for a private chef in the Orlando area, I can’t recommend Chef Joe highly enough. They truly made our celebration unforgettable!
