I selected Chef Joe Pannullo about 10 years ago for a family birthday party at our house. The dinner was amazing. Fast forward to a few months ago, when my husband did a search for a private chef for a special dinner at home. Not remembering the name of our chef from 10 years ago, my husband selected My Chef Orlando after reviewing many other options. Again, we had an amazing meal. They arrived on time, served us a most delicious meal and best of all...my kitchen was spotless when they left. We will be using them again!!!

Chef Joe created a wonderful and delicious meal for my daughter and 8 of her friends for her 16th birthday party. Each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor showing incredible attention to detail. Everyone raved about the meal and the birthday girl truly felt celebrated. What was supposed to be a family dinner for 6 people to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday turned into an intimate dinner for 2 instead and Chef Joe was soooo accommodating when I had to change the amount of people! He worked with me to even change the menu! Four hours before he was supposed to come to our vacation villa in Disneyworld, I had to change the time and he was so nice about it! He showed up exactly on time, got right to work and made us feel like old friends that was there to make our celebration perfect and that it was! The food he prepared was incredible and he went out of his way to make the evening memorable! My husband said it was the best birthday he’s EVER had and having Joe there was an exceptional surprise! (I think the fact that we didn’t have to leave our villa was just a bonus!!) I can’t wait until my kids 31,29 & 26 can go with us on vacation next year because I am DEFINITELY calling Chef Joe again so that they can experience the magical evening and extraordinary cuisine that my husband and I were so fortunate enough to have! I NEVER write reviews but people need to know about the amazing time that Chef Joe gave to us! To say that it was beyond fantastic would simply be an understatement! Wow! We had such an incredible experience with Chef Joe throughout the entire process. I reached out to Chef looking to do something special for my wife’s 40th birthday. We decided on a private event held at our personal home. After a seamless brainstorming session, we decided on an elegant 4-course menu. Chef made this process so easy but really took into consideration preferences but also made some great recommendations. Days before the event I added a couple more people to the invite and added a 5th course, a meat and cheese spread. Chef fulfilled this request with zero hesitation. The night of the event, Chef and his lovely sous chef prepared the most beautiful and tasty meal for our party of 12. The food was delicious, hot, and timed perfectly. Never did we feel rushed as our group enjoyed our wine and conversation. Chef read the room and slowed the meal. Hands down, one of the best events we have been apart of. I would most definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family, friends, or anyone else looking for a one-of-a-kind dinner event. I can’t say enough. They are the best!

I can’t recommend Joe enough! The food was amazing and he catered for a couple of our vegetarian friends. Party of 15 girls for my 50th birthday celebration where we travelled in from 3 countries. He was punctual, very responsive in the lead up, fabulous food, cleaned up and his wife was wonderful and friendly. Would definitely ask Joe to be our chef again in the future!

Chef Joe took great care in preparing a wonderful menu to celebrate my sister’s 60th birthday. His attention to the four-course menu met all the needs of my guests and was absolutely delicious! Chef Joe and his staff provided everything needed to relax no and enjoy ourselves. Dishes and silverware were provided, his staff served each course with explanations of the food choices, and him and his team finalized the event by cleaning my kitchen to perfection. As the host, I was able to relax and enjoy and feel as spoiled as my guests.

Food was spectacular but the hospitality provided in your own home was alap incredible.We had a pretty rowdy group, Chef Joe and crew rolled with it and added an exclamation point to a fabulous trip. The four course meal was well paced, diverse, and otherwise seamless.Can’t recommend this business enough.

Two of my children graduated from college and high school. We have been Disney Vacation Club members since they were children. Like their parents, they’ve become big foodies, so we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate but with a private chef at our DVC villa. After much on-line searching, I found My Chef Orlando. Joe was wonderful to work with. For starters, our flight got canceled and we had to move him to another night. Not a problem for Joe. He rolled with our punches and rescheduled. Our kids have lots of dietary restrictions because of food allergies (peanut, tree nut, dairy and gluten). Not a problem for Joe, he crafted a luxurious five course meal that met all our dietary restrictions and was to die for. He and his assistant for the night (his wife, LOL) were attentive, doting, and engaging yet let us enjoy our celebration without being overbearing. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend My Chef Orlando. He even prepared printed keepsake menus for the night. While there is a cost, when compared to most other high end restaurants at Disney, his service and quality of food is a bargain. This is the way to treat yourself and your family. Thanks Joe, it was a night to remember!

I travel internationally for business and have eaten at fine dining restaurants in London, Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Germany & Italy and have never have a better meal than what Joe prepared for our 50th anniversary dinner.

Chef Joe came to our rental house and prepared a perfect dinner for 13 at a birthday celebration. Kimberly assisted with flawless service. Each plate was delicious and had incredible presentation from our crab starter to our mix berry cheesecake dessert. I highly recommend Chef Joe for your next celebration.

They cleaned the entire kitchen which was great! I was able to actually enjoy the moment with our friends and not worry about the mess. They are lovely and highly professional. I would definitely recommend their services. I know that we will be using them again in the near future.

Joseph was incredible. The food was incredible. They curated the best menu for my friends and I. We had lobster, fillet, salads, deserts just about everything. We came to Orlando to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we had a couple events going on and they were super patient and accommodating while we finished up our other activities before eating dinner. They served on us hand and foot the entire night and were so sweet. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I cant wait to come back to Orlando and book his Chef service again.

Really perfect. I came into town for work with my coworkers and booked a vacation house. They were easy to work with and very responsive in planning a menu. They were on time, communicative and professional. The food was delicious. I HIGHLY suggest them and would use them again in a heart beat the next time I’m in Orlando.

I can't say enough good things about Chef Joe and My Chef Orlando. I was planning a dinner for my husbands 50th birthday. I love to eat and the menu had so many delicious options it was hard to narrow it down. Chef Joe was super quick to reply to both email and phone calls and helped us craft the perfect menu for everyone and even had a vegetarian option for two of our guests.
